W. Benjamin Kasey is a shareholder at Humphrey, Farrington & McClain, P.C., practicing in the areas of transactions, contracts, business formation and planning, real estate law, probate, taxation law, tax exemption and non-profit law, collections and repossessions, commercial litigation and probate litigation.He joined Humphrey, Farrington & McClain in 2002. He received his J.D. from Washburn School of Law in 2001 and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Missouri in Kansas City in 2002.
Ben is a member of the Kansas and Missouri Bars. He is active in the Lee’s Summit Sunrise Rotary Club and currently serves on the Board of the Eastern Jackson County Bar Association.
