Paul Anderson focuses his practice on sports law and brain injuries and was instrumental in securing landmark settlements in the NFL and NCAA concussion litigation. Paul represents clients in multiple other practice areas including premises liability, consumer protection, professional malpractice, automobile collisions, and cannabis law. Paul serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at UMKC, where he has taught Sports Injury Litigation and currently teaches Cannabis Law.
Timothy Kingsbury’s practice covers a variety of actions, including products and pharmaceutical liability, motor vehicle collisions, consumer fraud, and toxic exposure cases. Tim has tried multiple cases to successful verdict and has secured favorable results for his clients in cases where defenses of sovereign immunity and lack of causation were at issue.
Colin McClain represents clients in a variety of areas including, consumer protection, personal injury, product liability, and property damage lawsuits involving nuisance and trespass. Colin’s prior experience as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the Jackson County Prosecutor provided him unique courtroom experience that he utilizes in representing his civil clients today.
Lauren McClain has been instrumental in obtaining several multi-million-dollar jury verdicts for clients injured by defective products and chemical exposures. Lauren has tried complex jury trials across the country against large corporate defendants. Her excellent writing and research skills have helped the firm successfully defend against dispositive motions and secure favorable appellate results.
Nichelle Oxley represents clients injured by medical malpractice and nursing home negligence, and pursues claims for catastrophic injuries such as product liability, trucking accidents, and wrongful death. Nichelle has extensive courtroom experience in both State and Federal Courts and has authored appellate briefs in Missouri District Courts and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Chelsea McClain-Pierce specializes in multi-party litigation, and is able to organize cases involving hundreds of different plaintiffs and claimants. Chelsea has significant experience in both litigation and arbitration proceedings and has represented clients across the country in personal injury and employment actions.
