Mr. Farrington serves the Kansas City metro area, including the cities of Kansas City (Missouri and Kansas), Independence, Liberty, Lexington, Blue Springs, Gladstone, Raymore, Raytown, Belton, Harrisonville and the counties of Cass, Clay, Clinton, Henry, Jackson, Lafayette, Platte, and Ray.

Mr. Farrington is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. He was admitted to the Missouri bar and has more than 45 years of legal experience.
