Ingram’s recently released their Ingram’s 250, the magazine’s annual list of the 250 most powerful and influential leaders in Kansas City (out of the 2.8 million people in the metropolitan area). This year’s list was published in the September issue and features Humphrey, Farrington & McClain shareholder Ken McClain on its cover.
Ingram’s noted Ken’s national reputation for courtroom success as well as his dedication to business, having invested millions into revitalizing the Historic Independence Square. Ken’s reputation as a successful trial attorney has recently crossed international borders, as he has been sworn into the bar of Newfoundland, Canada where he represents a variety of clients in Canadian courts.
Ken noted in the magazine that his key mentor was Humphrey Farrington & McClain co-founder Norman Humphrey, Jr., who passed away in 2021. Ken states Norm “gave me the opportunity to try complex litigation cases at a young age and supported me throughout my career.”
